Steps to reproduce:

When using a webrtc app like Jitsi, on Fedora 26 with xorg and Gnome3


Actual results:

orange webrtc icons appear, unmovable, on teh center of the secondary monitor


Expected results:

These icons should be on TOP of the primary screen.
